Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to the United States.


When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours. Note these items are made when you place your order and can take up to 5 business days to produce and ship. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service and are normally received within 2-5 business days.  Customers will receive tracking information prior to or day of actual shipping.


What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal


How can I check on the status of my order?

Once the order is entered on the web and a purchase order number is established. This will create a sales order number and allow it to be sent to the warehouse and shipped. You will be emailed a confirmation note including the tracking number prior to or once the item has shipped.


How do I return or exchange and item?

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment.

Please keep the Tracking Number of the package you are returning to ensure the package reaches us. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

Please allow 14 – 21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for returns unless item was received damaged.


What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are based on weight.  $6.00 up to 5pds and $10 5pds+
